Harmonize Me is my balancer it is the essence I use when I’m feeling down or suffering from anxiety. An essence that lifts you and yet grounds you. When creating Harmonize Me I was told that it was to be used to bring ones being into balance on all levels, Physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. When used morning and night with this in mind you are reprogramming yourself to balance. I spray liberally above my head and allow it to rain down on me. Taking some deep breathes I imagine my masculine and feminine within me adjusting and aligning into greater balance. Literally say “Harmonize me’. Use as often as you need too.
